1. Introduction

Welcome to Alankritajewellery.com. By accessing and using our website, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services, including placing orders, shipping, returns, and refunds. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

2. Product Quality and Packaging

  • All products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch.
  • Jewellery is securely packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery.

3. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time: 1 - 3 working days.

Delivery Time:

  • Tamil Nadu: 1 - 4 working days.

  • South India: 2 - 5 working days.

  • Rest of India: 4 - 7 working days.

  • Shipment tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or strikes. Alankritajewellery.com is not responsible for such delays.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.

  • For any delivery-related issues, contact our customer support team.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers must record a video before opening the package to claim any damage during transit.
  • Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Without valid proof, refund/replacement requests will not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued based on feasibility. A refund will only be processed if the same product is unavailable.
  • Refund processing time: 5 to 7 working days.
  • If a return is accepted, the customer must send the product back to our address immediately.
  • Once the returned product is received, a replacement will be sent based on availability.
  • Customers or authorized individuals should be available to receive the delivery during courier service timings (9 AM - 6 PM IST). If unavailable, three attempts will be made before returning the shipment.
  • No refunds for courier returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and replacements are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.
  • Items not matching expected size/weight (Refer to our size chart before purchasing or contact us for measurements).
  • Slight color variations due to digital photography or device settings.
  • Bent earring stems (intentional to prevent breakage).
  • Beads or stones dislodged during transit that can be easily reattached with glue.
  • Damaged ropes provided as freebies (Replacement rope can be provided with the next order).
  • Minor irregularities in handmade jewellery.
  • Variations in stone combinations in handmade designs.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Alankritajewellery.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
