- Remove Before Certain Activities – Never wear jewellery during water activities & on excessive sweat.

Secure Packaging :
Every product goes through quality checks to ensure we deliver the product in good condition. Once the Jewellery passes quality checks it will be packed covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

Tamilnadu = 1- 4 working days
South India = 2-5 working days
Rest of India = 4-7 working days

● Kindly take a video before opening the package/product.
● If the product is damaged during transit, reach us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we don't allow a refund/replacement.
● We will not be able to process any refund/replacement if we were not notified with in 48 hours of the given timeframe
● We issue replacements or refunds, whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A refund can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.
● The refund will be credited within 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction.
● In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send us the product back to our address.

● Slight color variations due to digital photography or device settings.
● Bent earring stems (done intentionally to prevent breakage).
● Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit that can be easily fixed with glue.
● Damaged ropes provided as freebies with necklaces (In such case we can provide additional rope on your next order).
● Slight irregularities in handmade jewellery.
● Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-made designs.
