Secure Packaging :
Every product goes through quality checks to ensure we deliver the product in good condition. Once the Jewellery passes quality checks it will be packed covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

Tamilnadu = 1- 4 working days

South India = 2-5 working days

Rest of India = 4-7 working days

●     The shipment tracking details will be updated post dispatch of order.

●     Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control such as travel delays from Courier Partners due to bad weather conditions or strikes etc may affect delivery timeline.

●     Alankritajewellery.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to handover the shipment within 1-3 working days from the date of order.

●     An unboxing video of package opening is a must to claim any transit damage/loss/replacement.

Return & Refund policy

●     Kindly take a video before opening the package/product.

●     If the product is damaged during transit, reach us within 24hrs of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we don't allow a refund/replacement.

●     We will not be able to process any refund/replacement if we were not notified with in 48 hours of the given timeframe

●     We issue replacements or refunds, whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A refund can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product.

●     The refund will be credited within 5 to 7 working days considering the type of transaction.

●     In case your return is accepted, you need to immediately send us the product back to our address.

●     Once the product return is received, we will send you the replacement of the same product based on availability.

●     We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to pick up the jewellery in the courier service timings which is typically 9AM to 6PM IST. In case of person unavailability, a total of 3 attempts will be done for the courier to be delivered.

●     No refund shall be initiated for courier returns. 

We will not accept return/replacements for below reasons

●     Due to any personal preferences, sizing issues, or non-suitability.

●     Items not matching your expected size/weight. (Please refer to our size chart before purchasing or WhatsApp us for exact measurements).

●     Slight color variations due to digital photography or device settings.

●     Bent earring stems (done intentionally to prevent breakage).

●     Under rare circumstances, the jewellery beads or stones may have fallen during transit that can be easily fixed with glue.

●     Damaged ropes provided as freebies with necklaces (In such case we can provide additional rope on your next order).

●     Slight irregularities in handmade jewellery.

●     Variations in stone combinations in certain hand-made designs.

Cancellation Policy

The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.
